His experience includes traffic engineering, multi-modal transportation planning, parking assessment, and expert testimony for private-sector, institutional, and public-sector clients. His engagements have included land use approvals for large and small commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, implementation of roadway improvement projects, and master planning for corporate, hospital, and university campuses in the Washington metropolitan area and nationwide.
He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) and the National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is a Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Maryland.
Kevin grew up in Fairfax County and has been a resident of Manassas Park or Prince William County for the last 20 years. He lives in Nokesville, Virginia with his wife and three daughters.
