Caleb is a senior engineering design technician with 20 years of experience serving a wide variety of transportation design-build projects supporting developments of all scales within and around DC, Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William County. His broad expertise includes the preparation of construction plans for new signal installations, the modification of existing signals, and maintenance of traffic. He has experience in the implementation of accessible pedestrian design, emergency vehicle preemption, directional radio communication, and RRFB/HAWK beacons. Throughout the lifecycle of a project he can serve various roles covering due diligence, geometric design review, contract document preparation, and other supporting activities.
Caleb is a reclusive member of Herndon Lodge 264 A.F.&A.M. and is a voracious reader of everything. He is an avid cook and gardener known for his humility, obtuse sense of humor, and adoration of cats.
