Noah, based in our Washington, DC office, has experience in a wide range of traffic and transportation projects, including transportation impact studies, geographic information systems (GIS) analysis, data visualization, bicycle planning and facilities design, Transportation Demand Management (TDM), site access and circulation planning, and campus master planning. He enjoys finding new ways to use GIS and scripting tools to automate and improve analysis processes and is passionate about promoting active and sustainable transportation. Noah has been involved with a variety of projects including education institutions, mixed-use developments, commercial and retail developments, and office developments throughout the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland. He is an active member of Young Professionals in Transportation (YPT).

A Florida native, Noah now lives in DC. Outside of work, he likes playing ultimate frisbee, running, hiking, watching football (especially the Ravens and Gators) and basketball, and attending concerts.
