Melinda is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in office administration and management, spanning areas such as marketing, graphic design, production, and facilities oversight. She began her career as an Associate Production Manager at AOL before transitioning into business management, building a successful career as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager in the commercial real estate sector. She studied Business Management at George Washington University, further strengthening her expertise in organizational leadership and strategy. Her academic foundation in business management informs her approach to optimizing operations and driving team success.
She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, including the Prince William County chapter, and supports the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
Melinda’s life journey has taken her across continents; she spent her early years in Spain while her parents served in the military, later moving to California where she discovered her love for football and became a devoted San Francisco 49ers fan. Today, she calls Prince William County home, where she met her husband and enjoys building a life rooted in community. Outside of work, Melinda enjoys spending time with family, playing board games, hiking, and tending to her garden, often with her cat by her side.
