Pankaj is an associate and project engineer with extensive experience working in all counties in the Northern Virginia region. With approximately 4 years of experience at Gorove Slade and over a year at VDOT’s Research Council, he has a diverse background in completing projects for both public and private sector clients. His expertise spans all aspects of traffic engineering and transportation planning, including traffic impact studies, traffic modeling and simulation, interchange access reports, roundabout analysis, crosswalk studies, speed studies, signal optimization, waiver/exception requests, traffic operations, and probe data visualization and analysis. Pankaj is highly proficient in utilizing traffic analysis software such as Synchro, SimTraffic, PTV VISSIM, Sidra, PTV Vistro, and AutoCAD. Additionally, he possesses a strong understanding of VDOT traffic analysis guidelines, TOSAM, and the various requirements of NOVA district jurisdictions.
