Since 2012, Gorove Slade has partnered with Miller and Smith, Retail Properties of America, Inc (RPAI) and Kite Realty Group to perform various traffic engineering and planning services to support the development and the surrounding transportation network.

Eastern Loudoun County is growing rapidly; consequently, the transportation system and traffic patterns surrounding the site have undergone many changes and upgrades to accommodate new residents and businesses. Drawing from our extensive experience in Loudoun County and collaboration with County/VDOT projects, Gorove Slade has developed phased improvements for both the internal site network and surrounding roads. This approach ensures that infrastructure evolves in tandem with community growth, anticipating future traffic needs and making timely recommendations for enhancements
