Flo has over a decade of experience in business and office management within the AEC industry, as well as further expertise in commercial real estate. She has worked with firms such as Cooper Carry, Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield), Studley (now Savills), and Lincoln Property Company.
Flo is originally from the Philippines, but she was raised in Northern Virginia and currently resides in Alexandria with her younger daughter. Outside of her professional role, she both practices and teaches yoga and meditation. Her passion for yoga has taken her to India and Bali, and she continues to travel globally to deepen her understanding of diverse cultures, cuisines, and communities.
