LaRee B. Pallone, CPA, serves as the firm’s Controller on the Core Services Team, where she oversees the Finance and Accounting function and leads the team responsible for day-to-day operational accounting. In her role, she manages key processes including payroll, accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable, and maintains the integrity of the company’s financial records. LaRee prepares financial statements and KPI-focused reporting to provide leadership with timely insights that support informed decision-making. She also ensures full compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, and oversees all regulatory reporting requirements.
A Certified Public Accountant with over two decades of progressive experience and member of the Virginia Society of Public Accountants, LaRee has built her career within privately held companies across a wide range of industries, including professional services, real estate construction and management, retail, and health insurance. She brings deep expertise in process improvement, financial and variance analysis, and system implementation. While working for and growing with Five Guys, she had the privilege of being nominated as a recipient of the Five Guys Fanatic Award for multiple years and was honored as one of its recipients in 2015.
A Northern Virginia native and graduate of George Mason University’s School of Business, LaRee still resides in her hometown. Outside of work, she enjoys Disney Magic, is an avid reader, and is a dedicated mother supporting her son’s active travel baseball schedule.
