Administrative Coordinator
Sarah is the Administrative Coordinator for the Richmond and Hampton Roads offices, supporting daily operations and ensuring the teams have the resources they need to work efficiently and happily. She oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including supply management, document editing, and maintaining key administrative workflows such as timesheet reminders, expense reporting, and PTO reconciliation. In addition to her operational role, Sarah supports project teams by preparing appendices, agreements, and other project documents.
With several years of administrative experience across education, aviation, automotive sales, real estate, health and wellness, and her own residential organizing business, Sarah brings a well-rounded skill set and an intuitive, people-centered approach to her work. She enjoys creating ease for those around her and continuously expanding her knowledge to better support the Richmond team.
Outside of the office, Sarah loves being outdoors, especially near water or on nature trails. Her interests include traveling, music, reading memoirs, snowboarding, and exploring new cuisines.
