Downtown Richmond’s Allianz Amphitheater at Riverfront–a new four-acre venue set to open on Tredegar Street for the summer 2025 concert season–is poised to transform the city’s entertainment experience. Gorove Slade, in partnership with Redlight Management, conducted the parking demand study for this high-profile project to right-size the parking supply. The analysis included an inventory of the existing decks and surface lots near the site and a walkshed analysis to determine how many of those spaces are within a 5-minute, 10-minute, and 15-minute walk to the venue.
