Maria Lashinger, PE, PTOE
Principal
Maria is a practice leader focusing on Fairfax County and the towns and cities within. Maria is proficient in traffic engineering and transportation planning concepts serving both the public and private sectors. Her experience includes traffic impact studies, parking studies, transportation demand management, circulation planning, queuing analyses, traffic simulation, roadway signing and striping planning, maintenance of traffic plan design, and traffic signal design. She has led engagements for the full spectrum of land-uses including mixed-use developments, transit-oriented developments, residential developments, and small and large commercial development.
Maria earned her bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco. She is a member of ULI, ITE, and NAIOP and is a volunteer with Think Big for Kids. Outside of work, Maria enjoys golfing and supporting her favorite sports teams!
