E-mail: Tracy is a senior transportation engineer with 8 years of experience in the private and public sectors, with work on a variety of residential, commercial, and municipal projects. She is experienced with a wide range of transportation engineering needs, including traffic impact studies (with analysis in Synchro and Simtraffic), speed studies, traffic calming evaluations, signal warrants, and turn lane warrants. She began her transportation engineering career with Gorove Slade in the DC office and now works out of the Richmond office, with a focus on the growing Hampton Roads market.
Tracy resides in Norfolk, VA with her fellow Hokie husband and toddler son. She is a 3-time Ironman triathlon finisher and enjoys living and training on the Elizabeth River Trail! She and her family enjoy live music, rock climbing, and spending summer days at the beach.
