Senior Associate, Project Manager
Will has over 13 years of experience in providing traffic, parking, and transportation engineering and planning services throughout the State of Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia. He is responsible for designing and entitling private and public development projects. He is a senior project manager overseeing projects in Maryland and the neighboring jurisdictions. Will has been involved with public-private working groups in Montgomery County assisting with ongoing updates to transportation policy and technical guidelines. He has been involved in several ULI Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs) in Montgomery and Prince George Counties and serves on the Board of Directors for the Maryland Society of Engineers (MDSPE). Will has been qualified as an expert witness in numerous jurisdictions throughout Maryland as well as Virginia, Indiana and the District of Columbia.
Will lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his family and is a dedicated road cyclist, finding joy and challenge in every mile.
