E-mail: Will has over 11 years of experience in traffic, parking, and transportation engineering and planning. He is responsible for designing and entitling private and public development projects. He is a project manager overseeing projects in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Will recently helped lead a public-private working group to update Montgomery County’s 2022 Local Area Transportation Review (LATR) Guidelines to incorporate changes to off-site improvement requirements.
Will lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his family and enjoys spending time with friends and his loving golden retriever.
